Educational Options

I offer many options to assist you on your horsemanship journey. Here are some of the most common formats.

Great for people just getting started, those who want some help with a very specific issue, or those who like more regular motivation in smaller doses!

• $75 per hour or $275 for 4 lessons purchased and scheduled in advance.

Workshops

Workshops can be set up around a specific topic of interest such as Liberty or developing contact.

• Half-Day Workshops  3 hours,  3 to 6 students $150 each

• Full-Day Workshops  6 hours,  3 to 6 students $250 each
  

Clinics

Clinics are usually 2 or 3 days long, a max of 6 students, and focus on developing and advancing your horsemanship through classroom sessions, simulations, and lots of hands-on fun with your horse! Click on the Events tab to see a current list of upcoming clinics.

Fine Print

• Travel charge

I am lucky enough to teach at home near New Glarus, WI, but I am also happy to travel to your location to teach as well. Travel fees vary depending on proximity and type of event and mainly affect lesson days or clinics that involve crossing states or airfare costs. The more people in an area, the less the cost per person!

• Mutual Courtesy Policies

Lateness-  

I will do my best to be on time and on schedule, and I will expect the same of my students. If you are 10 minutes late to your lesson, your lesson will be 10 min shorter. If I am 10 min late to your lesson, your lesson can go 10 min longer! 

Cancellations- 

Things do happen and plans change, rescheduling a lesson is usually fairly easy to accommodate given enough time.  However, if you need to cancel your lesson within 24 hours there will be a $20 charge (barring unforeseen circumstances like illness, lame horse or unsafe weather conditions). If I cancel within 24 hours you will receive a $20 lesson credit!   

Lesson Packages-

I offer a discount for booking four sessions at one time, these sessions need to be utilized within 90 days of purchase.
